Annual General Meeting of ASCE Students Chapter, CUET held
Annual General Meeting and Award Distributions Ceremony of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Student Chapter of the Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET) held successfully at the Seminar Hall situated in the Academic Building #1 at CUET.
On this occasion, the CUET Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Mohammad Rafiqul Alam was present at the program as Chief guest. Pro Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Jamal Uddin Ahmed, Dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering Dr. Sudip Kumar Pal, Head of Department of Civil Engineering and Departmental Advisor of ASCE Student Chapter CUET Prof. Dr. Ayesha Akhtar, President of ASCE Bangladesh Section Engineer Didarul Alam, Director of Student Welfare Directorate of CUET Professor Dr. Md. Rezaul Karim were present as special guest.
Jushan Abdullah Babar, president of ASCE Student Chapter CUET, was the president of the meeting. The event was hosted by Devjit Das Gupta Divya and Israt Jahan Bushra.
The Daniel W. Mead Prize I Envision 1.0 winners were awarded at the event. During this time, the outgoing committee members of the organization were handed over mementos and the new executive committee for the 2024-25 session was announced.
